Job Role: Activities Coordinator
Pay Rate: £12.75
Hours: 25hrs p/w
Shift: 5 days per week | Including alternate weekends.
Location: Walton Manor, Walton, Wakefield

You’ll be the person who:
- Adapting to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Delivering a programmed schedule of activities with individuals and groups.
- Encouraging and supporting clients to reach and maintain their optimal level of independence.
- Encouraging self-awareness, exploration and reflection on feelings and relationships.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effects of the service being provided in order to facilitate client progress.
- Liaising with the senior staff team on all aspects of the service being provided.
- Making best use of effective skills in the use of ICT.
- Making best use of effective written and oral communication skills.
You’ll Need:
- Experience in a similar role, including planning events and activities would be advantageous
- Some care experience would also be preferable.
- To be a sociable and interactive person
- Have good time management skills
- Be confident interacting with a large group of residents
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Autograph Care Group does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to Work will be required at the interview stage.
